HighOrbit's web interface provides a central location for interacting with the workflow system. The system's ease of use begins with the most basic software access requirements, and shows you at a glance your tasks, process status and related forms.

As a HighOrbt user, ease of use begins with the most basic of software access requirements:

Plus, you won't need ANY of the following:

• Specific Browser Version - Not Required
• ActiveX - Not Required
• .NET - Not Required
• Proprietary Client Software - Not Required
• Microsoft Windows Operating System - Not Required

Users can receive a consistent, customizable interface to your company's data and processes. Likewise, process forms can be automatically generated by the system based on the data needed at a particular step in a process, or they can be completely customized, as required.

The web or user interface is straightforward and EASY to understand. The user accesses the system through a secured login.

• The left side of the screen lists the processes that a specific user can initiate.
• A simple navigation menu is provided above the task list
• The main body (by default) lists any tasks assigned to that user or groups to which the user belongs.
• Each task listed contains an informational summary to help the user differentiate processes, specific instances and task titles.
• Task lists can be sorted and filtered.

To work on a task, users simply click on the task link.

Standard HighOrbit BPM forms are dynamically and automatically generated.

Custom Forms can include all standard data elements.
