2. List of Data Elements (fields on a form). An extensive list of data types is available. These are defined and then used within the process and/or as a part of any forms.

3. Workflow Description (even if it's just in your head). If you know how to drag-and-drop and draw lines, you can use the tool. Each design action, its use, and related properties are fully documented in an easy-to-understand format.
